The goods must be returned unworn and unwashed.
Once the return has been received, processing takes approximately 1 – 5 working days.
The refund varies depending on the payment method and will be made within 10 working days after the return has been processed.
If we receive a worn or washed return, we reserve the right to refuse a refund. In this case, we will send the item back to you at our expense.
If you would like to complain about an item because of a defect or fault, send us a short description of how the defect occurred. To clearly show any damage to the goods, please send us 2-3 clear pictures in JPEG format by email to shop@induswelt.de. The fault must be clearly visible. Once we receive the photos, your case will be examined as quickly as possible. You will receive feedback from us within a few days about how to proceed.
Christmas
If you have bought our items in advance as a Christmas present but they do not fit or you do not like them, you can return them by January 15th of the following year.
Who bears the return costs?
Since Induswelt is a small label, we are unfortunately unable to offer free returns. As a buyer, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs yourself, except in the case of incorrect or defective deliveries, in which case we will cover the costs retroactively.
We will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs.
